Renewable Energy India Expo 2026 is scheduled for 22 to 24 October at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida. The Indian Biogas Association (IBA) plans a Bio-Energy Pavilion at the event, bringing biogas, compressed biogas and waste-to-energy businesses into the wider renewable-energy exhibition.
For local manufacturers, students and professionals considering a visit, the practical questions are what the pavilion will cover, who can enter and which registration route to use.
What is planned at the Bio-Energy Pavilion?
IBA’s event page lists prospective exhibitor categories including biomass, biofuels, biofertilisers, sewage treatment and other waste-related technologies. These are planned areas of focus, not a list of projects approved or operating in Greater Noida. IBA has also identified its pavilion as being on the second floor of Hall 6.
The wider expo covers solar energy, storage, green hydrogen, electric mobility and bioenergy. It is a trade exhibition for people working in or studying these sectors.
Dates, hours and visitor entry
The organiser lists the exhibition hours as 10 am to 6 pm on each of 22, 23 and 24 October. Its official visitor registration page currently shows a ₹500 all-inclusive visitor package for access to the expo floor. Check the price and badge category again before paying, as conference access is presented separately on the form.
The registration rules require a valid electronic badge and a government-issued photo ID. Visitors under 18 are not permitted inside the exhibition hall. The form separately states that students from relevant fields who are at least 18 and carry a valid institute ID may enter from 12:30 pm on 24 October only. Photography and video recording require the organiser’s prior written permission.
Use the organiser’s registration page for the current terms rather than assuming that entry rules from another India Expo Mart event apply.
