YEIDA Extends Hospital and Maternity-Centre Plot Scheme to August 30: What Applicants Should Know

YEIDA has extended its live institutional plot scheme for hospitals, child-welfare facilities and maternity centres to August 30, 2026. The official application portal remains open.

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority has extended the application period for its institutional plot scheme covering hospitals, child-welfare facilities and maternity centres to August 30, 2026.

As checked by Pulse of Noida on August 10, YEIDA’s official website continues to list YEA/INST 2025-2026/06 as a live scheme and provides an active “Apply now” route to the Authority’s dedicated application portal.

For residents, the important distinction is that this is an institutional land-allotment scheme. It does not mean that new hospitals or maternity centres under the scheme have already been allotted, built or made operational.

Where applicants should apply

Applicants should enter the scheme only through YEIDA’s official website or its dedicated scheme portal.

The official application portal currently identifies the scheme as Hospital & Child Welfare and Maternity Centre, YEA/INST/2025-2026/06 and allows new applicants to register.

The registration page also states that the applicant’s name should match the name on the bank account and government identity proof. It warns that registration details cannot be changed after registration and should therefore be entered carefully.

Applicants should avoid unofficial forms, private payment links, broker-provided QR codes or claims of guaranteed allotment.

What the August 30 extension does and does not mean

The official YEIDA listing confirms that the scheme has been extended to August 30. It does not, on the live listing checked by Pulse of Noida, explain why the deadline was extended.

Pulse of Noida is therefore not treating reported reasons for the extension as an Authority-confirmed fact.

The extension also should not be read as confirmation that new healthcare facilities will open by a particular date. The scheme is part of the land-allotment process. Actual healthcare capacity will depend on subsequent allotment, approvals, development and commissioning by successful applicants.

Why the scheme matters to residents

Healthcare access is becoming increasingly important as population, housing and employment expand across Greater Noida and the wider Yamuna Expressway region.

Pulse of Noida has previously examined the changing healthcare landscape in Greater Noida, including the mix of public and private hospital capacity already available to residents. The YEIDA institutional scheme represents a separate, longer-term part of that healthcare-infrastructure story.

Its resident value will ultimately depend not simply on how many plots are offered, but on which healthcare facilities are eventually allotted, constructed and made accessible to communities in the developing YEIDA region.

What applicants should verify before submitting

Applicants should read the latest scheme documents and conditions available through YEIDA before making a submission.

In particular, they should independently confirm:

  • Eligibility requirements
  • Plot details and permitted institutional use
  • Required documents
  • Payment and deposit conditions
  • Selection or allotment process
  • Any corrigendum issued after the original scheme
  • The final submission procedure

Only information hosted or linked through YEIDA’s official channels should control the application.

What Pulse of Noida is still asking YEIDA

The scheme itself is verified and open, but several questions would add useful context:

  • What was the immediately preceding application deadline?
  • Why was the application period extended?
  • Did YEIDA receive valid applications before the extension?
  • Have any eligibility conditions, plot details or financial terms changed?
  • Is there a specific closing time on August 30?
  • What is the next formal stage after applications close?

Until YEIDA provides those details, they should not be inferred from unofficial scheme summaries.

The resident takeaway

August 30, 2026 is the current official deadline displayed by YEIDA for YEA/INST 2025-2026/06, and the Authority’s application portal remains active.

The scheme is an opportunity for institutional healthcare development in the Yamuna Expressway region, but it is not yet evidence that any new hospital or maternity centre under this round is under construction or ready to open.
