National Skill Training Institute for Women, Noida has opened admissions for NCVET-approved, NSQF-aligned skill development programmes under the Craftsmen Training Scheme for the 2026-27 academic session.
The Press Information Bureau, under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, said candidates can apply online through the NSTI(W) Noida admission portal by selecting the CTS Online Registration link for 2026-27. The PIB release states that the last date for online application submission is 12 July 2026, 6 pm.
NSTI(W) Noida’s official “What’s New” page also lists “CTS 2026 – 27 Courses Online Registration Link” and “Admission Notice – CTS 2026-27/28.”
There is one point applicants should note. One NSTI(W) admission notice PDF shows 30 June 2026 as the online registration deadline, while PIB and the live registration portal point to 12 July 2026, 6 pm. Applicants should use the official portal and, if in doubt, contact the institute before visiting the campus or making travel plans.

Why this matters for Noida residents
For women students, homemakers, job seekers and career restarters in Noida, these courses offer a government-backed vocational route. The list includes traditional employability areas such as cosmetology, secretarial practice and fashion design, as well as newer technical areas such as AI programming, drone technology, semiconductor technology and 5G networks.
PIB says the programmes are NCVET-approved and NSQF-aligned. It also describes the courses as industry-oriented training in conventional and emerging sectors.
What applicants should verify before applying
Applicants should verify four things before submitting the form:
- Whether the official portal accepts registration for the chosen trade
- Whether the candidate meets the Class 10 or Class 12 eligibility condition for that trade
- Whether hostel, fee, document verification and admission dates are separately notified
- Whether any new notice has been uploaded after the PIB release
The official notice mentions placement support through campus recruitment drives at the end of the session and says the qualifications are recognised in various State, Central and PSU government recruitments. These are institute statements from the notice and should not be treated as job guarantees.
CTS and CITS are not the same
Applicants should not confuse CTS with CITS. CTS refers to Craftsmen Training Scheme courses for skill training. CITS refers to Craft Instructor Training Scheme courses, which follow a different admission process.
NSTI(W) Noida’s “What’s New” page lists separate CTS and CITS notices. Applicants should select the correct admission link according to the course they want.
How to apply
Applicants should visit the NSTI(W) Noida official admission portal and choose the CTS Online Registration link for the 2026-27 academic session. PIB states that the last date for online applications is 12 July 2026 till 6 pm.
Candidates applying close to the deadline should complete the process only through the official portal and should not depend on social media forwards or third-party reposts.
