The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has greenlit six new construction projects totaling ₹864 crore in five major districts: Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur Nagar, Bareilly, and Varanasi. Noida takes the spotlight with the largest project—a ₹444 crore commercial hub at Greater Noida Sector 10, reflecting rising demand and connectivity with Delhi.

Spread across these regions, the projects will add approximately 1,470 new residential and commercial units. Industry insiders say Noida’s booming infrastructure and business environment continue to attract top developers.

The balanced geographical spread signals rising investor interest in tier-2 and tier-3 cities, while the new ventures promise large-scale job creation and a boost to related sectors like cement, steel, furniture, and logistics.

UP RERA Chairperson Sanjay Bhoosreddy highlighted how transparent regulatory approvals are driving growth and safeguarding buyers’ interests. “The ₹864-crore investment will not only strengthen construction but accelerate economic activity and job creation across Uttar Pradesh.”
