The current tender is listed on the Uttar Pradesh government’s eProcurement portal under Tender ID 2026_NOIDA_1180186_1 and reference 01/Kiosks/ General Administration/2026-27.
The official tender record describes the operating period as 7+3 years.
What are the important dates?
According to the current government tender record:
- Tender Published: August 27, 2026
- Pre-Bid Meeting: September 10, 2026 at 12:30 PM
- Bid Submission Deadline: September 17, 2026 at 5 PM
- Bid Opening: September 18, 2026 at 12 noon
Applicants should check the official tender portal again before submitting a bid in case Noida Authority issues a corrigendum or changes any deadline or condition.
What is the tender fee?
The current eProcurement record lists:
- Tender Fee: ₹5,900
- EMD: ₹0
- Payment Mode: Offline RTGS
Applicants should follow only the payment instructions provided in the official tender documents and government eProcurement record.
They should not make payments through unofficial agents, commercial tender-listing websites or links circulated independently of the official tender process.
Where are the kiosks proposed?
The current EOI covers kiosks in:
- Sector 18, Noida
- Sector 38A, Noida
The government tender summary does not state the number of kiosks covered by the current 2026 EOI. Applicants should therefore refer to the governing EOI and tender documents for the current layout, kiosk count and commercial conditions.
Noida Authority had offered 34 kiosks in these commercial hubs earlier
The current EOI follows an earlier kiosk exercise announced officially by Noida Authority in 2025.
In an official post dated November 2025, the Authority said that the earlier e-auction covered:
- Sector 38: 19 kiosks
- Sector 18: 15 kiosks
- Total: 34 kiosks
The Authority’s 2025 announcement described a licence period of three to seven years, with that auction beginning on October 14, 2025 and applications closing on November 7, 2025.
Those dates and terms belong to the older 2025 exercise and should not be used for the current application.
The controlling 2026 tender now lists a 7+3-year operating period and a new application deadline of September 17, 2026.
Does the current EOI cover the same 34 kiosks?
The official 2025 Noida Authority announcement confirms that the earlier exercise covered 34 kiosks across Sector 18 and Sector 38.
However, the summary page of the current 2026 government tender does not itself state a kiosk count.
Pulse of Noida is therefore not treating the historical 34-kiosk figure as the confirmed count for the current EOI unless it is specified in the governing 2026 EOI documents.
