India Expo Mart in Greater Noida is hosting four specialist business exhibitions through August 8, 2026, covering hospitality and food service, organic and natural products, fan technology and smart lighting.

The India International Hospitality Expo, or IHE 2026, opened on August 5. Fan Expo & Conclave, Smart Lighting Expo and BIOFACH India are scheduled to open on August 6. All four events are being held at India Expo Centre & Mart in Knowledge Park II.

India Expo Mart’s official upcoming-events calendar lists all four specialist business exhibitions between August 5 and 8, 2026.

These are primarily trade and professional exhibitions, not general family entertainment fairs. Visitors should check the audience requirements and complete the relevant organiser registration before travelling.

India Expo Mart’s calendar lists all four exhibitions during the August 5-8 period. BIOFACH India’s own visitor page gives an earlier closing time of 5:30 pm on August 8, which visitors should follow for that event.

1. India International Hospitality Expo 2026

IHE 2026 brings together businesses involved in hospitality, food service and the hotel, restaurant and catering ecosystem.

The organiser lists product and service categories including:

  • Commercial kitchen and food-service equipment;
  • Food ingredients and hospitality supplies;
  • Café, bar and beverage equipment;
  • Housekeeping, laundry and facility hygiene;
  • Furniture, interiors and guest-room products;
  • Lighting, building systems and smart controls;
  • Wellness, spa and gym equipment;
  • Hotel technology, security and access systems;
  • Design, advisory and business services.

The event is intended for hotel owners, restaurateurs, café operators, caterers, chefs, bakery professionals, cloud-kitchen operators, procurement teams, architects and hospitality decision-makers.

IHE’s organiser says the 2026 edition is expected to feature more than 1,000 exhibiting brands from over 16 countries and attract more than 25,000 B2B visitors. These remain organiser projections and should not be treated as independently verified attendance figures.

What visitors can expect at IHE

Beyond supplier stalls, the organiser has listed industry sessions and specialised activities including:

  • Culinary demonstrations and masterclasses;
  • Bakery and pastry competitions;
  • Hospitality-design discussions;
  • A housekeepers’ conclave;
  • Buyer and seller meetings;
  • Food, beverage and hospitality sourcing zones.

IHE should not be promoted as a public food festival. Its central purpose is business sourcing, professional networking and hospitality-industry learning.

2. Fan Expo & Conclave

Despite its name, Fan Expo is not a celebrity, entertainment or comic-fandom event.

It is an industry exhibition dedicated to fans and fan technology. The exhibition is intended to bring together businesses involved in:

  • Ceiling and decorative fans;
  • Luxury and designer fans;
  • BLDC and energy-efficient fans;
  • Industrial fans and ventilation;
  • Motors, components and controls;
  • Smart-home integration;
  • Manufacturing, distribution and retail.

India Expo Mart lists Fan Expo from August 6 to 8, 10 am to 6 pm. The organiser, Vaarta Trade Fairs India, has an active visitor-registration system for the event.

The event is likely to be most useful for electrical retailers, distributors, manufacturers, architects, contractors, interior professionals and institutional procurement teams.

3. Smart Lighting Expo

Smart Lighting Expo is a focused B2B exhibition covering architectural, decorative and technology-enabled lighting.

The organiser lists expected areas such as:

  • Architectural lighting;
  • Decorative and designer products;
  • LED systems;
  • Smart and connected lighting;
  • Outdoor and public-space lighting;
  • Controls and automation;
  • Energy-efficient solutions;
  • Applications for homes, hotels, offices, retail spaces and infrastructure.

The intended visitor profile includes architects, interior designers, urban planners, developers, hospitality businesses, real-estate professionals, infrastructure authorities and home-automation specialists.

The organiser describes the visitor pass for Smart Lighting Expo as free, but visitors should still complete the official registration and retain their confirmation or badge.

4. BIOFACH India, Natural Expo India and Millets India

BIOFACH India is being held alongside Natural Expo India and Millets India, creating a combined platform for businesses working across organic, natural and millet-based products.

The organiser says the exhibitions bring together:

  • Manufacturers and suppliers;
  • Farmers and farmer-producer organisations;
  • Organic and natural brands;
  • Millet-product companies;
  • Packaging and value-added service providers;
  • Retailers and online stores;
  • White-label partners;
  • Exporters, distributors and trade buyers.

BIOFACH India is scheduled from August 6 to 8. Entry is listed as free for registered trade visitors above 18 years of age. The event closes at 5:30 pm on August 8, half an hour earlier than the other exhibitions.

Check the official BIOFACH India visitor information and registration page for entry conditions, timings and the trade-visitor age restriction.

This is primarily a sourcing, networking and industry-learning event. Families looking for a general consumer food fair should not assume that unrestricted public entry is available.

Which event should you attend?

Hotel, restaurant, café or catering business

Visit IHE 2026 for commercial kitchens, hospitality equipment, food service, housekeeping, technology and design.

Architect, interior designer or developer

Consider Smart Lighting ExpoFan Expo and relevant interior, lighting and building-system sections at IHE.

Electrical retailer, contractor or distributor

Fan Expo and Smart Lighting Expo are the most directly relevant.

Organic, natural-food or millet business

BIOFACH India, Natural Expo India and Millets India are the appropriate exhibitions.

Hospitality or culinary student

IHE may be useful, but students should verify visitor eligibility and registration requirements directly with the organiser before travelling.

Family seeking a day-out or entertainment event

These exhibitions are not primarily designed as family leisure fairs. Visitors should not confuse Fan Expo with an entertainment-fandom convention or IHE with a public food carnival.

Registration and entry

Visitors should register only through the official event organiser’s website.

IHE 2026

Visitors can complete the official IHE 2026 visitor registration and retain their registration confirmation or visitor badge. The publicly reviewed page does not clearly state that all visitor entry is free, so Pulse of Noida is not describing it as free entry.

Fan Expo and Smart Lighting Expo

Visitors can select their exhibition and register through the official Fan Expo and Smart Lighting Expo visitor-registration page. Separate registration should be completed according to the exhibition being visited.

BIOFACH India

BIOFACH India requires advance registration and restricts entry to trade visitors over 18. Its official visitor page states that entry is free for eligible registered trade visitors.

Important registration warning

Visitors should:

  • Use only the organiser’s official registration page;
  • Avoid forms circulated through unknown WhatsApp accounts;
  • Not pay individuals through personal UPI numbers;
  • Not share an OTP with an agent;
  • Save the registration email, QR code or badge;
  • Carry business identification if requested by the organiser.

One event registration should not be assumed to provide entry to all four exhibitions unless the organisers confirm it.

IHE shuttle and park-and-ride service

IHE has published an official free shuttle and park-and-ride schedule for August 5 to 8. The document lists a circular service between NSSTA Parking and India Expo Centre & Mart’s Gate 4 near Hall 16, operating from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm.

The organiser has also listed morning and evening hotel shuttles from Mor Stay and Belvedere Suites.

Important limitation

This shuttle notice has been published specifically for India International Hospitality Expo.

Visitors to Fan Expo, Smart Lighting Expo or BIOFACH India should not assume that they are eligible to use the IHE shuttle unless the event organiser or shuttle team confirms access.

The shuttle document does not clearly expand the acronym “NSSTA.” Visitors intending to use the park-and-ride service should obtain the correct location pin from IHE before leaving.

Reaching India Expo Mart

India Expo Centre & Mart is located at:

Plot Nos. 23-25 and 27-29, Knowledge Park II, Greater Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar.

India Expo Mart’s official location and access guide provides the venue address and road approaches through the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, DND, Kalindi Kunj and the Ghaziabad-NH-24 side. Journey times can vary significantly during peak hours and large exhibitions.

Visitors travelling by Metro can use the Aqua Line’s Knowledge Park II station, which is located near India Expo Mart. They should confirm the most convenient walking route or entry gate, particularly when carrying luggage or exhibition material. Cab and auto availability may be affected during opening and closing hours.

Traffic and parking near India Expo Mart

Media reports indicate that temporary traffic management may be used around India Expo Mart from August 5 to 8 as visitor movement increases.

The reported arrangement says vehicles travelling from the Galgotias side towards the IFS Villa corridor may be diverted if congestion builds near the Expo Mart roundabout.

Important traffic-source note: Pulse of Noida had not located the complete August 2026 Gautam Buddh Nagar Traffic Police advisory on a publicly accessible official page at the time of publication. The exact diversion timings, overflow-parking location and route restrictions therefore remain subject to on-ground police directions.

Visitors should not assume that:

  • All nearby roads will remain closed continuously;
  • The same diversion will operate throughout all four days;
  • Every event has the same parking arrangement;
  • An older Expo Mart traffic map remains valid;
  • The IHE park-and-ride arrangement applies to all exhibitions.

People travelling through the district should also note that separate Kanwar Yatra goods-vehicle restrictions are in force on several Noida routes through August 11.

What visitors should carry

Before leaving for India Expo Mart, carry:

  • Registration confirmation or visitor badge;
  • Government-issued identification;
  • Business card or professional identification where relevant;
  • phone charger or power bank;
  • Organiser contact details;
  • Comfortable footwear;
  • A water bottle, subject to venue security rules;
  • Details of your intended halls or exhibitors.

Visitors attending BIOFACH India should ensure that they meet its trade-visitor and age requirements.

What to confirm before travelling

Check the following on the day of the visit:

  1. Is your registration approved?
  2. Which hall and gate should you use?
  3. Does your badge cover only one event?
  4. What is the event’s closing time that day?
  5. Is the organiser shuttle available to you?
  6. Where is the confirmed parking or drop-off point?
  7. Has Traffic Police announced a diversion?
  8. Are photography or product-sampling restrictions in place?
  9. Do professional or student visitors need additional documents?
  10. Has the organiser changed the programme or entry rules?

Pulse of Noida previously published a visitor guide for Fastener Fair India and AMTEX at India Expo Mart. The same principle applies here: verify registration, gate access and transport arrangements directly with the relevant organiser before starting your journey.

Sources and verification

Event dates, timings, venue information and exhibition descriptions were checked against India Expo Mart’s official calendar and the respective organiser websites.

IHE’s figures for participating brands, countries and expected visitors are organiser claims, not independently verified attendance figures.

BIOFACH India’s entry conditions, age restriction and closing time are based on its official visitor information.

Shuttle details are based on IHE’s official August 2026 transport notice and should not automatically be assumed to apply to visitors attending the other exhibitions.

Reported traffic diversions remain subject to on-ground police directions because Pulse of Noida had not located the complete current Gautam Buddh Nagar Traffic Police advisory on a publicly accessible official page at the time of publication.
