Neysa, an India-based AI cloud company, has selected STT Noida 2 to host a planned deployment of GPU computing infrastructure and its Velocis AI cloud platform.
STTGDC announced the arrangement on 21 October 2026.
According to the company, the first phase is designed to support up to 9,000 graphics processing units (GPUs) and is expected to go live from the first quarter of 2027.
The announcement concerns a planned deployment, not an AI computing service that is already operational at the site.
What is being planned in Noida?
Under the announced arrangement, Neysa will deploy GPU infrastructure and its AI cloud platform at STT Noida 2.
GPUs are specialised processors used for computing-intensive tasks, including the training and operation of artificial intelligence systems.
The planned infrastructure is intended to support businesses and technology companies running AI applications.
STTGDC will provide the data-centre environment for the deployment, while Neysa will bring its computing infrastructure and cloud platform.
How large is the proposed deployment?
The first phase is designed to support up to 9,000 GPUs.
STTGDC describes the arrangement as the first phase of a multi-year relationship with Neysa.
STTGDC says the first phase is expected to go live from the first quarter of 2027.
This is an anticipated operational window, not confirmation that the equipment has already been installed or that commercial services are available.
Where is STT Noida 2?
STT Noida 2 is part of STTGDC’s data-centre portfolio in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
STTGDC lists STT Noida 2 as under development, with a stated IT load of 22 MW. This is the facility’s published IT power specification, not a confirmed allocation of 22 MW to Neysa.
The announcement does not establish the completion of the entire facility or specify that all of its planned capacity will be used by Neysa.
Why is this relevant to Noida?
The announcement identifies Noida as the selected location for computing infrastructure intended to serve Indian enterprises and global customers.
For local technology professionals and businesses, the development is relevant to the region’s emerging data-centre and AI computing infrastructure.
However, the agreement does not establish a specific number of jobs, local hiring plans or direct benefits for nearby residential areas.
Pulse of Noida has previously examined Uttar Pradesh’s startup and data-centre policy and its relevance to Noida.
The Neysa announcement concerns a particular company deployment and should be distinguished from wider state investment targets.
Pulse of Noida has also reported on a separate Sector 62 data-centre electricity distribution licence application. That proceeding is unrelated to Neysa’s announced deployment.
What happens next?
The next significant milestone will be confirmation that the first phase has gone live.
Other details worth tracking include the number of GPUs actually deployed, the services made commercially available and any recruitment announcements connected directly with the facility.
Until commissioning is confirmed, the deployment should be described as planned, with the first phase expected to go live from the first quarter of 2027.
