The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has opened an e-auction scheme for 10 hotel plotsin Sectors 28 and 29. The plots range from 3,100 to 10,000 square metres, and the official brochure sets a reserve rate of ₹87,010 per square metre. The e-auction is scheduled for 4 November 2026.
Six plots are in Sector 29 and four are in Sector 28. This is an allotment process for hotel development. The announcement does not mean that hotels have been built or opened on these sites.
Key dates for the hotel plot scheme
| Step | Date and time |
|---|---|
| Scheme opened | 25 September 2026, 6 pm |
| Final bid submission | 24 October 2026, 5 pm |
| Scheme closure | 24 October 2026, 11:59 pm |
| Display of qualified bidders | 2 November 2026, 6 pm |
| E-auction | 4 November 2026, 11 am to 2 pm |
Applicants should note the two times on 24 October. The brochure lists 5 pm for final bid submission, although the scheme closes at 11:59 pm. Bidders should follow the deadline for each required step and check YEIDA’s website for any later notice before submitting a bid or payment.
What does the reserve rate mean?
The ₹87,010 per square metre figure is the starting rate specified in the brochure, not the final auction price. At that rate, a 10,000-square-metre plot has a base reserve amount of ₹87.01 crore. Preferential location charges may apply, and the auction result can raise the final premium. YEIDA’s brochure also sets eligibility, deposit, payment and lease conditions that bidders must read in full.
Residents looking for an individual residential plot should not confuse this commercial hotel scheme with YEIDA’s earlier RPS10/2026 residential plot allotment and payment process. A hotel plot allotment is an early development step; any future facility will depend on subsequent approvals and construction.
